OFFICIAL RULES

Everything you need to know about competing in the Chessman Gaming League. Read carefully before participating.

Eligibility

  • Players must be registered through Official Website
  • All players must have a verified Clash of Clans account
  • Minimum Town Hall level requirement: TH17+
  • Players banned for fair play violations are not eligible

League Structure

  • CPL (Clash Pro League): Round-robin group stage
  • CCL (Clash Champions League): Knockout tournament
  • Top 8 from CPL qualify for CCL
  • Finals are Best-of-5 format

Match Format

  • All matches are played as Friendly Wars
  • Each player gets 2 attacks per round
  • Ties are broken by total destruction percentage
  • No-shows result in automatic forfeit

Ban System (CCL Only)

  • Each player can ban ONE item in their Home match
  • Bans can be: Troop(1), Spell(1), Siege Machine(1), Heroes(1) & Equipments(2)
  • Bans are revealed simultaneously
  • Banned items cannot be used during the match

Scheduling

  • Match schedules are Directly Coordinated by Admins
  • Players have 48 hours to complete their matches
  • Reschedules must be requested 24 hours in advance
  • Time zone is NST (Nepal Standard Time)

Fair Play

  • No use of third-party software or mods
  • No account sharing during tournaments
  • No intentional disconnects or time stalling
  • Violations result in immediate disqualification

BAN SYSTEM EXPLAINED

CCL Knockout Stage Only (From R16 to Semi-Finals)

The ban system adds a strategic layer to CCL matches. Before each match, players can prevent their opponent from using one specific item. Choose wisely!

Troops

E-Dragon, Lava Hound, Yeti, Super Witch etc.

Spells

Rage, Freeze, Invisibility, Recall etc.

Siege Machines

Log Launcher, Flame Flinger, Battle Drill etc.

Heroes

Barbarian King, Archer Queen, Royal Champion, Grand Warden, Minion Prince, Dragon Duke

How It Works:

  1. 1. Both players submit their ban choice privately
  2. 2. Bans are revealed simultaneously before the match
  3. 3. The banned item cannot be used by the opponent
  4. 4. If someone uses a banned item, the attack is invalidated
